S32DS license activation timeout

Hi!

I am unable to activate a license for S32DS ARM. If I try online activation it fails with the following message in the log:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (FNP error 0), flxActMajorErrorNo=0, flxActMinorErrorNo=0, flxActSysErrorNo=0, flxCommErrorNo=0]
No Software Activation Code was entered

If I try offline activation instead, I get a similar timed out error in the activation response file:

Same result when trying to activate a license for both v2018.R1 and v2.2 of S32DS ARM.

I'm facing similar problem. I can't activate S32 for ARM using online or offline path

It does indeed work now, after clearing FLEXNet directory.

Seems unlikely to be the cause for the offline activation to fail though. Maybe they just restarted the activation server?
