License missing about S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform v3.5

My S32DS Design Studio for S32 Platform v3.5 is about Lisence missing appears in about 20 days , go online request, click Active to save, the error dialog box "Software Activation Code error" appears, the dialog box body information is as follows:

CLLReason [errorNo=16,errorString=Error creating activation handle.( FNP error 50003,71000,10104),flxActMajorErrorNo=50003,flxActMinorErrorNo=71000,flxActSysErrorNo=10104,flxCommErrorNo=0]

,but offline request works。What confuses me is that the Lisence missing issue arises from time to time。

what's your NXP account ID? Your email address is not valid account ID.

Hi，The NXP product is a contract signed between our company and your company, and I am not aware of the account ID. Our colleagues installed s32ds for power using the same activation code for activation. The offline to be activated later.
