S32DS 3.5 with s32k358 error java.lang

when i create the GDB PEMicro configuration, and select the componente and the interface to use and try to debug i got the following error message.

Java.Lang.NullPointerException.
And there is not more details.

can someone explain me what it this error mean? or how can i solve this?

Hi @Barajas

Some customers have solved this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the software and using the default C drive location for all installation locations. Also, another situation that has been faced is that this error has been caused because the folder in the installation path contains symbols "[", "]", which may cause problems for some programs, so, changing the path to one that does not contain this symbol will fix the problem.

If these solutions do not work for you please share the following information:

Could you possibly post the screenshot of the debugger configuration dialog in S32DS before you press the Debug button?
Have you created your own debug configuration or you select an existing one?
Did you face this problem with a project created from an example code?
