S32 design studio 2.2 for Arm installation Isssue

I tried to install the S32 design studio 2.2 for Arm, but I am facing License issue. It is giving an error like "Error sending an activation request to remote activation server and processing the resulting response. And i tried to activate the license offline also still facing same issue, I am attaching the files of errors .

Hi Team,

We are able to identify the unique machine ID in the request.xml as well. Could you please let us know how do we identify these unique ID

We are getting error on the both the cases online and office activation. Please do let us know steps to clear the old cache files and do the fresh installation.

Hi,

as I said in email, please contact your local IT support to enable S32DS Installer access to Unique Machine ID. Without this ID can't be S32DS Activated.
