      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just a blindshot. Your timer is running in debug mode. So if you do single steps, then counter will run out and set the timeout flag.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So if you take next step it will jump into ISR if that has the actual highest priority.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if you can enable debug mode on GPT.&lt;/P&gt;
