I2S frequency

Hello,

I am using S32K142 EVB to configure I2S on flexIO.

although I Go through datasheet and I2S example code, I'm still confused about clock frequencies.

Please suggest standard/suggested frequencies for MCLK, SCLK and LRCK for transmitting sound.

also, How can I configure LRCK (word select) frequency in S32 Design Studio?

if you have any sample code for only I2S other than SDK provided example please share with me.

there are no more resources for S32K1 but there are some application notes for other devices. Maybe this one could help:
