For our setups, we have different updatesites installed in our S32DS v3.4, and we can work without problem. Are you having any difficulties when installing 2 different updatesite versions?

Sorry not to provide enough quesion info, I mean if I change another machine or another os e.g. ubuntu, how I can quickly sync-up all *.updatesite, thanks.

Thanks for your feedback.

There is no quick way to install different bundles at the same time, that we know of.

You need to add each updatesite individually and install them in the correct order for new computers.
