Multiple pins from the main processor (Kinetis K66) are shorted (int the chip) to the UART transmitter and therefore I can't connect to an external onboard computer. To my knowledge, this means the processor is bad and therefore I am looking for a replacement board. I tried to search for one but I only find the full kit which is too expensive for just one replacement part. The available distributors all have waiting times, where one even says it has a waiting time for 99 weeks. This tells me that there is a chance that the product is discontinued.
