Bluetooth provisioning problems

Provisioning of my Rapit IoT kit keeps failing with my Android Phone most of the times providing this label: "Unable to authenticate device's hardware credentials". The phone is the only device connected to the IoT.

By any chance, have you tried this process?

Rapid IoT kit not booting?

Also, did you modified something in software through any of the IDE's? If you did, what did you modified when before the device entered this state?

I have partially solved the problem. The software had nothing wrong and after more 2-3 rebooting of both the phone and the IoT i was able to connect.

Note: when you reflash Rapid IoT always remove the device from the app before flashing! Otherwise it would be hard time to try to reconnect again.
