Are there IBIS models available for any of the components in this family?

Yes, IBIS models are available and can be provided under NDA.
If you already have NDA for these products please create a Support request.
nxp.com -> Support -> All support options -> Support request
and provide NDA file number.
If you don't have NDA please create a Support request asking to sign NDA and our NDA specialist will contact you.

Thanks. I'll check with the lead engineer to see if he has the NDA and can request the model. In case we can't get this file soon enough for our production schedule, do the DDR4 buffers in this IC family perform similarly to those in the iMX family for which I already have IBIS models?

We would recommend to use correct IBIS model because of difference in package and technology.

Thanks for your reply. You information is very helpful . Are you an employee of NXP?

I‘m an employee of Siemens and I checked your information with NXP sales China . He told me that Siemens is a global key account of NXP and we have a VPA contract, the NDA is already under the VPA. So,do I have any other way to get this IBIS model?
