I'm using Codewarrior 10.0.8 for the ARMv7 to program a custom board based on the LS1021A-TWR. It had been working for the most part, I was able to program the PBL, u-boot and write additional files into NOR Flash. However, it recently began consistently failing to start a debug session. It always returns the error "CCSProtocolPlugin : Failed to correctly configure the JTAG chain". Additionally, my RCW/u-boot binaries no longer seem to run from Flash the way they used to. Does anyone know how I could debug this?

Provided description corresponds to absent/erased RCW in the NOR Flash.

To recover the board please take a look at the CW_ARMv7_Targeting_Manual (\ARMv7\Help\PDF\), Chapter 8 JTAG Configuration Files, to see how RCW override can be used for board recovery. Useful for your situation are chapter 8.2 and 8.3.

Also Chapter 4 Board recovery from https://community.nxp.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadBody/332382-102-2-269233/AN5184_Programing_SD_MMC_ARMv7.pdf, provides the necessary steps for board recovery.
