Hello Andrey,

on eMMC components, most manufacturers moved from 100 ball BGA to 153 ball BGA type parts as these are much more common. You will find numerous suppliers having these.

If you can, please modify your design to use 153 ball eMMC in the future. This will relax your supply situation a lot.

However, eMMC mostly just support a temperature range from -25 to 85°C.

I work at the specialzed distributor Memphis Electronic. We distribute only memory-devices such as DRAM or Flash, but carry almost all manufacturers. For our industrial customers worldwide who very often need eMMC with -40 to 85°C we decided to build up a large inventory of Hynix brand eMMCs from 8GB up to 64GB. These all come in 153 ball BGA , but they support the full industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C and they are immediately available from our stock!

Regards,

Thorsten
