We have not connected any device in between. Interface will be like this XFI from LS1043A of Board A to XFI of LS1043A of Board B connected through a Backplane. Kindly update me can we achieve 10Gb/s in this connection?

If we route XFI of LS1043A in above senario will that work in 10Gb/s? Can the speed be achieved? Do we need to take any precautions while routing it?

In short, yes, direct connection is possible and the maximum speed can
be achieved. More detailed recommendations require making references
to NDA materials and cannot be placed here.
