Hello,

Could anybody toggle I2C pins on LS1026 during JTAG test?

These are not toggling in my board while in operational mode all is ok to all I2C devices.

Thanks,

Itzik

Test other pins on your LS1026a board. Perhaps there are a few similar pins on your board.

If the LS1026a I2C correctly works in normal mode, your JTAG test setting should be checked.

Pins have been verified , we have checked with a scope and found pins are not toggling at all in JTAG Mode while other pins are toggling.

I2C pins are working fine in normal mode.

Other bus like DDR, SPI are function OK in JTAG

Only problem with DVDD pins (I2C, UART)

The test engineer found the solution:

Not like the LS1046, the LS1026 I2C/UART Power Bank need to be Configured before it can be used in JTAG Mode, so added extra command before each test that use this Power Bank.
