Hi.

I need to update the dump on Nand-flash, MPC8313 processor. You can purchase a licensed disk, or you can download the program from the NXP website. What is the difference between this disk and just downloaded programs from the NXP website? Can I use the disk for free or do I need to purchase a license as well?

"A licensed disk" is a physical shipment, or "you can download the program from the NXP website", it's digital download. Both need to purchase, and then you could get one of them.

If you have got licensed disk, you don't need to purchase one more time.
