I am searching a Flash Programmer/Debugger MPC853TZT66 MPC8541E and I am not able to find a tool. I read that Codewarrior Software can support this Processors but I am not sure, I can not try it beacuse I have to buy the Software first.

Has anybody some helpful tips or ideas?

NXP offers CodeWarrior 8.8 for the MPC8541e and the MPC853T:

This CodeWarrior supports Flash Programmer. See attached snapshot.

There are Windows and Linux version of CodeWarrior.

Evaluation version of CodeWarrior provides full functionality for 15days.

This CodeWarrior uses CodeWarrior TAP hardware tool for connecting, debugging and programming via JTAG/COP interface of the MPC8541e.
