Microcode update to address Ethernet switchover errata

OEM is looking to address an issue that has recently surfaced with multiple end users. They are using PA1021, and found this errata that seems to match the issues seen in the field:

ETH1 Ethernet transmitter scheduler on-the-fly rate change

Description and Impact on Functionality:

The Ethernet transmitter scheduler may get stuck when changing rates on the fly.

HAS this ever been addressed with newer microcode releases, and if so, where can these be found?

Latest QE microcode for P1021 can be downloaded from:

According to the QEuCODE_Errata Rev. 22, Nov 9, 2011 provided in the "proprietary_netcomm_software_r4_4 - P1021" the erratum ETH1 was not fixed.
