MPC8347 BSDL file and bscan

Hello,

I am working on a testing harness for a PCB using the MPC8347 processor. I have a cable programmer and matching software already, but I can not seem to get ahold of the BSDL for the MPC8347.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Feel free to ask for more info and if it will help.
