We are trying to research an old board that uses an MPC862P product. Many years ago, there used to be a BSDL file for this processor. Any chance we could get that BSDL file?

I am not sure if it was published on the Motorola/Freescale/NXP web site. I checked our archive which has MPC860 bsdl with data 5 Jan 2002 but it has not any MPC862 bsdl. You can try to create special request for it, see

The attachment is a screen snapshot from the Freescale website in 2005 that shows there was an MPC862 BSDL file. Still hoping this can be found.

Hi, I need the "MPC860 bsdl" file. As per this thread, it seems it's still on file at NXP, but not easilly downloadable forf me. Can I get a copy please?

The quoted " I checked our archive which has MPC860 bsdl with data 5 Jan 2002" should be just the file I'm searching for, but could not find anywhere really, also not on www. Spent and hour. Giving up now. You're my last resort. So please...
