I'm looking for possibilities to replace with a micro controller with similar specifications. Same architecture would be helpful if available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main requirements:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;32 bit single core with 32 Data and Addr lines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;113Mhz core freq.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fast ethernet: 10/100Mbps via MII/RMII&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Memory: DRAM or above&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any recommendations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ashif&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
