I need PCB Design guidelines document for MPC8270 and its interfacing with SDRAM, flash and other peripherals.

I have searched in the documentation section of MPC8270 but couldn't find PCB Design guidelines.

For SDRAM connection PCB layout recommendations please look this application note:

"Interfacing SDRAM Devices to the PowerQUICC™ MPC8280 at 100 MHz"

There is no document with PCB layout recommendations for flash and peripherals.

Any other document that help me about high speed pcb design between Power QUICC processor and SDRAM and flash.

So you said "There is no document with PCB layout recommendations for flash and peripherals."

Does it mean that i do not need to consider high speed signal analysis or document is not available but i do need to consider high speed signal analysis?
