I want to Know the relationship between the main frequency of MCU and the transmission bandwidth.

I don't know how to choose the main frequency of the chip.I need to achieve a balance between the main frequency and the power consumption.

I do not see what particular PowerPC chip and transmission type you mean. Typically if there is such restriction then device reference manual describes that. For example the MPC8548e manuals says: For proper PCI Express operation, the CCB clock frequency must be greater than (500MHz)*(PCI Express link width) /8
