Flash programming

Hello , I design a board with MPC8308 processor. I can erase the NOR flash with Codewarrior TAP but I can not programming the flash with Codewarrior TAP. I do not know where is the Problem and i can not find it. Can anybody help me?

I attach a image from codewarrior in programming procedure. when I program the Flash, it does not make any error and this procedure does not finish.

Please also show screenshot from the first page of Flash Programmer, and target initialization file you are using.

Please enable "Verify memory writes" checkbox and check again.

Please submit me the file, referenced in the string below "Use Target Initialization" checkbox
