Now we have two board with the same problem. When I power up the board everything works fine. After 1 minute, if I shut down the power and then power up the unit again, the MPC860TZQ80D4 doesn't want to start. If I place a scope probe on the extclk line, the MPC860TZQ80D4 starts perfectly every single time. I made many tests during the past week and I'm unable to find the problem.
