Hi Arun

Freescale has a replacement probe called CWTAP that

you should be able to use with MPC8640.

We are using a Abatron BDI3000 probes here.

The probe CWH-UTP-PPCC-HE is not available for ordering, but if you have it - it will work with MPC8640

If you need to order a new probe for this device, please other CodeWarrior TAP - partnumbers CWH-CTP-BASE-HE and CWH-CTP-COP-YE (base and JTAG/COP probe tip).

1. MC8640DTVJ1250HE

2. MPC8540
