flash programmers for MPC8309

Hi,

I am looking for flash programmers for Freescale MPC8309 processor.

We currently use Green hills JTAG for our processor, with which we do development, but looking at simple flash programmer tools.

Can somebody throw some light on what options i can try.

For flash programmer function, I recommend you ”Basic edition CodeWarrior + CodeWarrior TAP“.

CodeWarrior license information, please refer to CodeWarrior Development Suites|Freescale .

CodeWarrior 10.4 could be downloaded from CodeWarrior Dev Tools for Power Architecture|Freescale

Hi,

Thank you, i will try this option.

I want to explore the option with lauterbach JTAG also ( i have supported JTAG debug cable but not yet tried). Will that be a good idea? Will that supports first of all flashing on board flash which is on the local bus of processor.
