yocto real time edge v3.0 build issue

Hello,

I'm building real time edge yocto project with <Real-time Edge Yocto Project User Guide.pdf> v3.0 version, for i.mx93evk.

I encounter an issue shown as below.

Can you help to check for me ?

build cmd: bitbake nxp-image-real-time-edge
