Kernel panics while connecting USB serial cable

I am working linux kernel 3.2.54, while I connect the USB serial cable the kernel panics and the system restarts. The host controller I am using for the USB is xHCI. The serial cable which I am using is from cablecreation with product id is 23a3 and vendor id is 067b.

I have added the product id and vendor id using
echo 067b 23a0 > /sys/bus/usb-serial/driver/pl2303/new_id

I am attaching the logs of kernel panic.

The kernel you are using is not supported by nxp, you will have performance with supported kernel please check it.
