Flash Magic does not support i.MX RT1064. Is there an alternative to Flash Magic that supports RT1064?

Flash Magic doesn't support RT device.

For i.MXRT1064, I suggest PROG Flash Programming Software. This SW is not free.

It looks like PROG Flash Programmer requires a debug interface from PEMicro aswell.

Flash Magic works with the serial port.

I think the MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning Tool would work more like Flash Magic (through a serial interface)

Yes, If program via uart or usb hid, secure provisioning tool is recommended.
