connection problem

Hello,

First of all, I am not sure I choosed correct location. I have SEN-SPI-BOX and I downloaded FFV tool. when I connect my kit to my computer, I get "no device found" message. But before I could connect directly. I didn't change anything.I tried it another computer but result was same. Why I can not connect? What I should do?

Could you please confirm the OS that you are using? I mean, are you using Windows?

Thanks for quick feedback. I am using Windows. I reflashed my kit with using SD card and I solved the problem.
