MFG Tool error

mx6s hardware has been upgraded to a new version. Mfg tool is used to burn and write errors. The errors are as follows:

Write() Error writing to device 0x79.
Failed to initialize memory!

But the main chip and DDR remain unchanged。It is felt from log that the uboot in RAM did not run successfully。The same mfg tool can be burned on the old version。I want to know why

I've also calibrated DDR with NXP DDR test tools，Fixed some parameters, it was passed，But the same mistake was reported。

In addition, why in MFG burning process, I have no information output in serial port, how to set it in uboot to output information

for that error one can check external devices, like emmc,sd or nand, uart serial port.
