Help on Component

I am trying to start a project for the K64 processor using Eclipse(Juno 4.2.2/Kepler) with the IAR plugin and the PE 10.4.1 plugin. Every time I select the PE menu item "Help on Component" Eclipse quits. Any suggestions?

I never had this problem. I wonder the problem is due to software install or any other software(for example firewall?) prevent help working.

i suggest you uninstall your software then reinstall them with windows admin right.

during install, please close all the firewall and virus defenders.

then test same again.

Unfortunately, reinstalling without a firewall did not change the result. Thanks for the suggestion.
