      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like the memory size and range is incorrect in then CPU component for MKL04Z16VFK4.&amp;nbsp; The '8 and '32 seem OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="KL04Z16VFK4 bug.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/42486i3B90A261B1CFD7FF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="KL04Z16VFK4 bug.png" alt="KL04Z16VFK4 bug.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this setting, programs loading get a Hard Fault within &lt;STRONG&gt;__copy_rom_sections_to_ram&lt;/STRONG&gt;()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing address to 1FFFFE00 and size to 800 (which matches the screwy data sheet formula, and the actual amount of SRAM on the chip) and the fault goes away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
