It seems that you are using Keil. Pleas add "--cpu Cortex-M0+" to the first line of the generated Scatter file of the ProcessorExpert (ProcessorExpert.scf). If the problems still exists, I think it is better also check with Keil support: http://www.keil.com/support/

kl04.sct file is keil own generated files, add - cpu Cortex-M0 + after invalid.

I use MDK4.7, support MKL04
