The application works fine without the bootloader but when I work with bootloader I can't write on the EEPROM. I just enabled the Partitioning for device register on advanced options in the project menu. The code value used with this is 3303 (for use 2KB eeprom). With the bootloader project I use the same configuration but it doesn't work.
