As per the reference manual there are two kinds of page size supported </P><UL><LI>Small page NAND Flash (528 Bytes - 512 bytes as main region and 16 bytes as spare region)</LI><LI>Large page NAND Flash (2112 bytes - 2048 bytes as main region and 64 bytes as spare region)</LI></UL><P></P><P>I intend to connect 1GB NAND Flash but it has&nbsp; page size of 4320 bytes (4096 as main region + 224 bytes as spare region).
