I'm trying to drive 4 strings of LEDs at near-constant current using the MC34844. Is it possible to improve the current mirror error on the MC34844 from the +/-2% on the datasheet?

For instance, connecting 2 channels to each string of LEDs to 'average out' the error? Or adding peripheral current sense feedback?

Or are there any recommendations on driving 4 strings of LEDs, near-constant current, adjustable from 0-30mA?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Is there no external circuitry I can design to reduce the error?
