LPCXpresso Getting starated

Hi, I'm definitely new comer to this field.

I'll use NHS3152, so I'm follwing the UM_NHS31xx_GettingStarted user manual.

I installed LPCXpresso(UM2.1) and NHS31xx plugin(UM2.2), and now blocked at Chip support(UM2.2.1).

The manual says

go to Project>Properties>C/C++ Build>MCU Settings

But the button 'Properties' in the 'Project' tap is unactivated so that I can't click it.

How can I solve this basic problem?
