Question on MPC8360's UCC

I need five 10/100M duplex ethernet ports and 5 uarts in my system, so i chose MPC8360.

But there is a question that could the UCCs be configed as 5 10/100M ethernet MAC and 3 uarts, and work in the same time?

btw:

I was told that there is a software called "netcomm" that can config the ucc as my desire, but I cannot find it on Freescale's website, anyone have one? Please send me ,thx!

The "Netcomm_Software" package is located on the "Software & Tools" tab of the MPC8360 Product Summary Page:

I have not tried to see if your configuration will work or not, but know that the limiting factor will be the pin muxing. You can see that multiple UCC pins overlap functionality in the Parallel I/O Port tables of the RM.
