    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also would have required a non linear model for spice or qucs for BFU910F.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the TDS it is stated that a spice model based on Gummel-Poon model is avalaible from Q1 2015.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it mean the TDS is in inaccurate / not up-to-date ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would then be best way to simulate the DC operating point ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
