Part Marking on PCA9506

Hi NXP-Team,

we are using the PCA9506 on a controller board in a application similar to automotive.

This control unit is in production for 2 years.

Now we have a problem with the I2C communication of some units, we recently produced.

The behaviour of PCA9506 with the part marking "CMZ110 02" is different to parts with the marking "CRR836 04".

See attached pictures.

I didn't found information respective to the meaning of these markings.

Can you give me some information to the meaning?

Are there changes in function between the 2 different parts?
