      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Data Sheet says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry&lt;BR /&gt;disables the output, preventing a damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered&lt;BR /&gt;down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The similar device SN74LVC2G125 from TI says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This device is fully specified for partial-power-down&lt;BR /&gt;applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the&lt;BR /&gt;outputs, preventing damaging current backflow&lt;BR /&gt;through the device when it is powered down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ioff Supports Live Insertion, Partial-Power-Down&lt;BR /&gt;Mode, and Back-Drive Protection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Partial Power Down (Ioff):&lt;BR /&gt;The inputs and outputs for this device enter a high impedance state when the supply voltage is 0 V.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logically, NXP 74LVC2G125 is the same&amp;nbsp;as TI SN74LVC2G125,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I would like to make sure whether the input is in high impedance or not while Vcc=0 for NXP 74LVC2G125.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
