It is an obsolete Philips IC used as an aircore driver for a speedometer. Speedometer reads wrong using current device - does this chip need programming or do some pins need something like an RC circuit to set proper output?&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
