How I can install MRF6S27015 model for AWR

Hello,

I would like to simulate RF power transistor MRF6S27015 in AWR Design Environment, I download "RF High Power Model Kit Rev 4" and try to set model MRF6S27015N_MET, but I can't do it. I made many configuration of xml file via examples for *.mdl files, but It was unsuccessfully. I need help: How I can simulate MRF6S27015 in AWR. I use AWR 13. But I may use others version.

NXP doesn't provide MRF6S27015 AWR model, only ADS model.

MRF6S27015N|2300-2700 MHz, 3 W Av., 28 V|NXP

Please look at the following link for all available AWR models.

Please note, MRF6S27015N has End of Life status.
