      <title>How I can install MRF6S27015 model for AWR</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to simulate&amp;nbsp;RF power transistor MRF6S27015 in AWR Design Environment, I&amp;nbsp;download "RF High Power Model Kit Rev 4" and try to set model&amp;nbsp;MRF6S27015N_MET, but I can't do it. I made many configuration of xml file&amp;nbsp;via&amp;nbsp;examples for *.mdl files, but It was&amp;nbsp;unsuccessfully. I need help: How I can simulate&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MRF6S27015 in AWR. I use AWR 13.
