2nd : H6 03 means Diffusion Batch ID.

3rd : nD708 means Date Code-0708

I'd like to understand the date code better, I have 2 here on my desk on is nD207 and the other is nD252. How do I determine year and month or is it year and day of year. I've attached images of the second if it helps. How do I read it.
