      <title>Facing problem with FXOS8700 magnetometer values</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.I am working on&amp;nbsp;FXOS8700 freescale accelerometer&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and magnetometer in android kitkat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.From driver level am able to get&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;magnetometer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;values in sysfs entry like x=700,y=800,z=-1398 &amp;nbsp;and based on datasheet i have multiplying with 0.1 microtesla.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.But i have cross verified with other android mobiles but values are not matched.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.For getting exact values any calibration needed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.If calibration or anything i am missing,please let me know. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to solve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: &amp;nbsp;I am getting proper&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;accelerometer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;values with &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;multiplying 0.244.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sankar.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
