Can't charge coin battery through PFUZE3000 PMIC LICELL pin

HI,

I follow the reference schematic as below picture to design my circuit, but i find a problem.

When I want to charge my coin battery(PMIC Vin in is on and coin battery is plug in) and waiting a period of time.

I plug out the coin battery then measurement the voltage of coin battery.

I find the voltage is 2.6 V like the beginning, i confirm the LICELL pin is correct output the 3.0 V charge voltage.

Can someone help me? thank you.
