74LVC1G17GS - prop delay question

Hello!

The part overview for the 74LVC1G17GS claims that the part operates at 175 MHz, but the datasheet, specifies the Tpd (Propagation Delay) as a Max of ~7.0 nsec. If it operates at 175 MHz I would assume that the prop delay would be much less.

Can you confirm the specification on prop delay for this part?
