There are ADS and AWR model toolkits on the product page. Did you look at those?

thank you for the model toolkit on the product page. I have download the model, but i'm faced a problem when import that model in ADS.

it can't be simulated due to some error. the error stated was "error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing. model 'FSL_ATF09MS007N_FET2.FET2M1': 'FSLRFPK_FET2' is an undefined primitive device ".

can i know the right step to import the file into ADS?
