      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Micron&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;MT53E1536M32D4DE-046 AAT:C&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;is a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;48Gb (6GB) LPDDR4&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;DRAM component. Is it technically compatible with the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i.MX 8M Plus&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;processor? I'm Facing lot of challenges in my IMX8MPLUS board for LPDDR4 compatibility issues. My board was designed for Dual rank dual channel LPDDR4 with size 32Gbit(4GB). I'm not able to find any LPDDR4 which is in stock. Facing PIN compatibilty issues with other LPDDR4 which is 32Gbit(4GB) but Dual channel single rank. Please help me in this regards. Can I use&amp;nbsp;MT53E1536M32D4DE-046 AAT:C inplace 32Gbit(4GB) LPDDR4.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it may not use 6GB LPPDR4 to replace current 4GB since 6GB with x32bus will need to have 4CS pin while I.mx8 plus only have 2 CS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Imx8mp can support&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MT53E1536M32D4DE-046 AAT:C LPDDR4 without any problem, we have verified this DRAM. And it has two ranks, not 4ranks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;B.R&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
